This converter comes with our custom designed billet stator for much better torque and efficiency before lockup. Our custom designed CNC machined billet piston houses our 3 disk converter lock up clutches and will not flex like other reworked so called billet converters on the market. This clutch then applies to our custom CNC machined billet cover. Your Dodge has never been so much fun to drive until you drive a Sun Coast designed converter. *Core deposit required.

Dodge 48RE/47RE Billet Flex Plate 1994 - 2007
The Sun Coast billet flywheels are CNC machined from a forging for strength and reliefs are machined out between the converter mounting area and the crank flange to enable some flex. We designed our flexible billet flywheel with the understanding that it needs to flex but at the same time we added extra thickness to prevent cracking.
