Dodge 618 47RH/E 6BT 1994 - 1998 Triple-Disk Torque Converter
The 12 valve Cummins has slower turbo spool than the later models. To accommodate this, we designed the 19 series to achieve approx 400 rpm lower stall with 89% efficiency to allow turbo spool and still deliver your power to the road. This converter was designed for the 24 valve ISB engine. The 44 series converter stalls approx 1800 RPM. This converter will have nominal effects on 24 valve spool up and pull hard during fluid coupling mode. Our custom designed CNC machined billet piston houses our 3 disk converter lock up clutches and will not flex like other reworked so called billet converters on the market.
