Sun Coast does not wait for others to invent things to fix transmissions. We design and manufacture our own torque converters in house. We work with Alto to help proto type new clutch and steels. We design, install and test proto types before they put them in production. We buy trucks/cars to do all our proto type testing so our products are ready for market when we release them. Because of this in house R & D, we are able to supply almost any request in regard custom clutch packs or custom stall, torque multiplication, efficiency, or custom applications.

We have compiled and/or manufactured the best parts and put in a kit form for easy install with optimum results for your 545RFE transmission. Our Alto/Sun Coast Overhaul Kit is proven with 500 HP. Easy to install kit comes with custom machined parts, all gaskets, clutches, seals, TransGo reprogramming kit, and our custom billet accumulator kit.

4C Clutch Pack
Sun Coast upgrades to 4 frictions and 4 Kolene treated steels with our custom pressure plate.

2C Clutch Pack
Sun Coast upgrades to 3 frictions and 3 Kolene treated steels with our custom billet alum piston.

OD Clutch Pack
Sun Coast upgrades to 5 single sided frictions and 5 single sided steels with our custom pressure plate.

UD Clutch Pack
Sun Coast upgrades to 5 single sided frictions and 5 single sided steels with our custom pressure plate, new UD piston and UD piston retainer.

Reverse Clutch Pack
Sun Coast comes with 2 frictions and our upgraded 1 Kolene treated steels.

Low/Rev Clutch Pack
Sun Coast comes with 6 frictions and 6 steels.

Reprogramming Kit
Prevents/Reduces: 2-3 neutral, Limp and Slip codes. Heavy duty Accumulator Cover and special accumulator Seals. Saves pump and valve body. With performance shifts, corrects: Soft 1-2, Heavy Throttle Long 2-3, firmer 4th and lockup. Couldn't shift like this till now! Reduces reverse to drive harsh engagement, gets you firmer quicker shifts.

Accumulator Piston Kit
Kit includes heavy duty custom accumulator cover and five new custom billet accumulator with improved seals.

Paper/Rubber and Seals
Contains all the gasket and seal to do a complete overhaul, kit includes a new OEM pump plate cover.
